Tristan Cockerill started working as a Landscape Designer having studied landscape architecture at university and is based in North Devon.
He then spent a year travelling the world, investigating different styles; fashion and landscaping design, and worked in numerous landscaping projects, falling in love with the differing outlook of design.
Then through practical experience of designing outdoor spaces for a living Tristan has come to believe that outdoor spaces have a major role in helping us find both our inner and outer peace in our daily lives.
Many of those who live in Britain’s towns and cities are detached from their rural counterparts, rarely experiencing England’s natural landscape or breathtaking coastline, but we can bring evocative symbols of these things into our outdoor living spaces, and many of our products have enormous potential to create peace and pleasure within in your garden.
Working for ten years as Unique Landscape Design, he has now evolved into the growing band name of www.tristancockerill.com where he specialises in unique furniture and functional art and his work is commissioned worldwide.
Tristan Cockerill specialises in a bespoke range of furniture, ideally suited to gardens, conservatories, summer houses and clientele looking for something special.
A nautical theme runs throughout the stock from the stunning range of handcrafted driftwood tables, with toughened glass tops, amazing organic sculptures made from reclaimed items.
A range of natural stone lanterns for inside and outside use, ornaments to suit a variety of tastes, handcrafted slate urns and a selection of furniture made from reclaimed old wooden fishing boats.
Through the use of natural reclaimed materials we can convert redundant items, such as old fishing boats and washed up driftwood and reuse them by converting them into innovative and imaginative products to be enjoyed by future generations to come and thus protecting our non-renewable resources.
